Truly, I was in a growl-tiger grumpy mood all day. I'll just blame it on the weather and the lack of sun.
I went to the M.D. and got in royal crap for low sodium levels and so I'm to take a tsp. of table salt 3x/day. Yes, I can put it on food. I'm just not used to the stuff. The problem we (my M.D. and I) both agree is my lack of use of processed foods which generally have lots of sodium and the fact that I drink lots. Hope this grain of salt 3x/day thing works. Sure don't want to have seizures.
Didn't feel like a solid breakfast, so I didn't bother arguing with myself and getting indigestion/heartburn, etc. Just made a decaf soy latte.
Also, didn't obsessively measure everything. It's a hard habit to relax about. Must eat more intuitively. Honestly, sometimes the kitchen is a tad to clinical.
Food intake du jour:
--soy milk, 3 c. --soy yogurt, plain 1/2 c.
--homemade soup--2 bowls (spinach, asparagus, organic stock cube, water, about 1/2 c. rice milk) (hehe a veggie latte!)
--broccoli and mushrooms --more broccoli and mushrooms with homemade soy yogurt sauce. I just couldn't get over HOW GOOD it was, or shall I say that it was "So Nice" (brand name). So rich, so creamy, so smooth. ROTFL. I feel like that angel on a cloud in that Philly cream cheese commercial with sexy angel dude doing yoga. Truly. Must make more easy going "protein" sauces/dips! Truly refreshing.
Lol. I miss carrots.
Might add a little applesauce, too or some really brown organic bananas (I like them brown!)
Reflection: Yup. I'm stressed out. Debating a move, that's all.
Nope, didn't measure everything to death except the soy yogurt.
Kate.
