Lol! Indeed I feel like Rapunzel with this hair thing. I'm doing some free weights and walking more. (I need some arm strength, as they are literally all bones and well...I want to feel confident driving a vehicle, again.) Yup, I'm a wimp, a woos...but everyday, in everyway stronger and stronger and stronger.
It's creepy though. Since playing with the weights, my lower arms are more developed than the upper. I guess they're my chopping muscles, or the muscles I'd use for fine motor vehicle manoevering. Walking a big dog would be challenging--I don't have the strength/power/control (yet). It would walk me.
I don't feel so weak anymore and I'm glowing. PROTEIN POWER indeed. It really has changed me, for the better, I think.
I'm having a 'cow' or rather rediscovered the joy of soy milk, or 'lactic acid.' Really does wonders for my osteopenia. I guess, I'm trying to reverse being an old bag at 31. I found a brand without sugar and carrageenan that works. Whipped up some homemade soy yogurt, too! It's wicked.
You, Laurel, especially, continue to inspire me to be stronger and stand taller and walk longer and I thank you for that.
It's so weird going through this warped regrowth, regeneration spurt. A rose blooming in winter and I'm blushing.
Truly, Kate.
