Maybe the high fiber cereal first thing in the morning is contributing to your bloat....and the raw salad too. I know your foods are very healthy, but with IBS, we can't always choose the healthy foods.

Why not try cutting out the high fiber cereal, raw salads, and maybe substitute rice milk for your soy?

Or maybe it's your SFS. How many grams are you taking a day?

Bloating is the worst. Makes me feel so fat, even though I'm underweight. Nasty looking prganant skeleton!
