B: 2 bowls HNC snacks and lunch: gatorade with acacia, luna, 1 banana, pretzels, few carrots, mango and PB&J D: leftovers from Sunday De: apple crisp Ex: worked heavily today and hip pain was very bad much of the time! Getting in and out is really tough. Was able to do stretches today and 10situps last night. Other: very stinky and still somewhat C. And very exhausted!
