B; the usual snacks and lunch: 2 small bananas, luna, 2 pretzel servings, carrots, PB&J, 1 piece zucchini bread D: salmon cakes and grilled veggies (see recipe index) and a ciabatta roll De: rest of apple crisp which was soggy and yummy now! and cool whip lite. PIG! Total: too high I think, being I am not working out now because of back pain. less than 2000 I think. Ex: worked over 8 hours and was in major pain from back and side and hip and groin and waist and all of it hurts!!! I have a massage on Monday (therapeutic) and a doc appt Wed with a stupid young doc. I hope he can write a soma prescription. ouch.
