B: HNC snacks and lunch: 3 ripe bananas, few grapes (never again!) luna bar, disgusting PB&J, pretzels and carrots D: 2 leftover fajitas De: baking apple crisp, might have before bed with cool whip Total: right now less than 1600 with apple crisp probably 250 more Ex: worked 7 hours Other: still stinky! and was bloated from the grapes and I had to poop all day and it was so annoying. I am upping my fiber, tea and water and trying to be safe.
