Hey guys... long time, no report. You should know that in the past month I have eaten everything in this hemisphere, and am now quite plump (it was so good though, and since I was with my bestest friend- who I see once a year- it was worth it). Anyway, I have returned, and shall try my best to eat healthily, avoid alcohol, and report in.
Today: cheerios veggie burger green beans apple w/ bit o' peanut butter ufo pasta with brocolli too many glasses of chardonnay
As you can see, food went well today, but alcohol didn't. Plus no real exercise. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
