snacks AM: banana, luna, ice cream sandwich (soy dream), another banana
Lunch1: baby carrots with marg, honey, ginger

D: salmon on grill with rosemary, homemade bruschetta, and roasted baby vegetables . It was a special meal.
de: sorbet (not much)
had 2 pieces dark choc before bed!
Hopefully there was not too much olive oil in my meal. It was close though. I could feel the grease a little when I ate it.
Exercise: biked AM 12 miles. Haven't reached peak speed again after being sick and my hip hurts probably from coming back to exercising- hurt all week a little. Gardened (weeded my vacationing friend's garden. She had never weeded at all and it bugged me.)
Other: still a little stinky. I don't have more gas than normal though. Thirsty again but drinking on and off through day instead of a little all the time. I am trying!
