lunch: black beans, Mexican rice, 1 flour tortilla, 1 small scoop lemon sorbet on a sugar cone
snacks: jar of papaya puree (baby food), Crispix
dinner: Thai Kitchen Ginger Noodle Soup
snack: Luna Bar
Well, I went for a walk today--only 20 minutes, but it's better than 0 minutes, right? I spent most of the morning doing some heavy-duty house cleaning and some light exercises. Unfortunately, I've been having some fatigue issues, so by the afternoon I was wiped out and by the evening I had a pretty bad headache. I don't usually get headaches, but I've had quite a few the past couple of weeks.
