*Pre-Breakfast at 11:15:
Metamucil and probiotic, Tazo chai tea latte and soy milk.
*Breakfast at 12:
>>Granola and Soy milk (won't have that again, had such a tummy ache, stupid fat in granola!)
*Snack at 2:
>>Gummi Bears(don't think i'll have them either, my GERD is acting up bec. they're citrusy. nooo!)
*Lunch at 4:30:
>>1/2 packet of Ichiban noodles (I know, they have fat.:()
>> Breton Wheat Crackers and Strawberry Jam
*Snack at 5:30

*Dinner at 8:
>>2 oz chicken breast with peas, peppers and zucchini tomato-sauce pasta, 2 oz pasta.
-I only got through half a child size plate of this, so probably ate less than this. (YAY!)
BUT....
*Evening Screw Up at 10, 11.:
>>Small piece carrot birthday cake(ow)
>>3 gl. homemade "arbor mist" wine
>>1/2 glass beer
>>Fat free dorito nachos and cheez whiz with salsa(dumb!).
See what I mean by I don't drink enough water? And I need a kick in the heinie!
