MOM and glass of milk 320 and 5g banana, luna, few pretzels, PB&J, some cut up fruit and a couple bites fresh naner bread- 805 and 8g rice, 1/2 breast with some peanutty sauce, carrots and radish salad 450 and 10 g soy ice cream 150 and 4g 1525 cals (whew better than yesterday!) and 27g and 16% fat- just a guess. Exercise: worked 20 min and then it thunderstormed. Exercised 23 min on bike alternating super fast (over 20 mph) and moderate (12-13mph) every minute. Went 6 miles in less than 23 min! and did ball exercises. Otherwise read all day long for bookclub on Sat. liquid: I think I was low today.
