Maybe we should ride each other a little; maybe some gentle urging would make everyone stricter and then feel better.? (especially Sinead with her biscuits/cookies j/k )
Look at my report for today NO SNACKS! I don't scold you for your blue chxxse! so back off !
Me and my cookies are very happy together. (not true, we, by we I mean P, decided not to refill the biscuit tin to keep temptation away from me and I have put safe marshmallow wafer things and luna bars in it and one pack of cookies that I don't like)
Seriously though Cyndy, Heather herself admits to eating chocolate (treat size snickers if I remember correctly), so it is possible if you know what your own triggers are to stray from the always safe list.
I started this diet last August and didn't eat anything remotely unsafe for three and a half months (Christmas). I am stable and in control of my diet so I know what I can tolerate. But this doesn't meant that you can. I remember reading posts where people were eating non trigger foods that I could never again imagine eating again, things like IF vegetables, brown rice, brown bread, but once I got stable I got to reincorporate them into my diet.
