Happy May, all! Hopefully spring will decide to return to Mich this week . . .
Sunday: breakfast - pinapple/mango/soymilk/fiber smoothie, crumpet. snack - ufo beverage Lunch - 2 chicken fajitas, fruit jellies snack - 4 M&M's (yes, exactly 4 - I made my mom put them up out of my sight after that!), 1 slice sourdough. dinner - TJ's sheppards pie (probably not safe, did make my tummy all gassy ), strawberries, and fresh pinappple, slice WW bread w/smear of "fake" butter. dessert - mint tea, animal crackers, fruit jellies
Excercise - Nothing spectacular - it has been so dreary all weekend all I want to do is sleep (so I did take a long nap both afternoons), I did mow the backyard for my dad - small yard but it was a push mower and I almost threw out my shoulder trying to pull-start it! This after all my pushups the day before Also walked the dog.
