Breakfast: banana smoothie, 2 hardboiled egg whites, slice of toast w/ marmalade, 2 tea biscuits = 326
AM Snacks: turkey jerky = 160
Lunch: pb&j on lite bread, applesauce, pretzels = 276
PM Snacks: apple jacks, jello, tea biscuits = 329
Dinner: grilled italian turkey sausage w/ roasted onions, roll, carrots, small potato, UFO beverage = 490
Dessert: brownie = 125
Drinks: 16oz teeccino (25), 8oz liquid in the smoothie, 16oz cafix (another coffee sub - 25), 26oz water = 66oz
Food & drinks total: 1756... but I will probably have another brownie
Activity: raking, 2 hr 15 min = 557! and oh my goodness, do I HURT! LOL!
I actually might have burned up more than that, but I really don't know. I did a lot of raking, but I also had to drag all those piles of wet leaves from the bottom of our backyard, uphill (up steps!) to the front yard, then back down to dump them at the curb - all done on a very heavy tarp twice the size it really needed to be. That's really why I hurt - all the dragging and lifting. Wet leaves are HEAVY. Even my ribs and the front of my chest hurt.
But it feels good!
