Today was like this..
Breakfast: Lemonzest Luna Bar
Snack: Cup of chopped peaches, drained of juices. Handful of mini rice cakes, caramel flavour.
Lunch: 2 slices sourdough bread with ICBINB and fajita chicken (deli meat - so good).
Snack: 3/4 cup of applesauce and UFO (chocolate )
Drinks: 6 cups of cold water, 2 cups peppermint tea, 1 cup roobios (sp) vanilla tea.
Dinner - Am going to have some leftover turkey meatloaf with small piece of bread first and some steamed carrots. Was going to also have asparagus but it's totally gross and gone off, so blech! lol
So that was today! good job! Exercise.. Not so much. Does filing count?? Just kidding. I was supposed to go to yoga tonight, but I was stuck in traffic for over an hour so I missed the class. bummer... I am supposed to be going instead tomorrow morning with my mom. that will be fun...
