I hardly have the energy to add up cals but I want to do it so, B: cream of wheat raisins-260 work day lunch and snacks: 3 bananas, orange, luna, PB&J, 2 muffins and pretzels (this includes dessert) 1270 dinner: leftover noodles with chicken and veg (lots) 500 I guess that is about 2000 cals. Water: way low exercise: worked in the rain mood: super crabby
