Most people (and it's totally up to you) report in what they're eating for the day (calories, ww points, whatever) just as a checking in and accountability point. I'm currently on weight watchers so if you need some help modifying, let me know. It's a bit tricky because all the soluble fibre foods we need are like 4 points each!!!!
