B: cream of wheat but no toast- 260 snack AM: luna- 180 lunch: scone with cool whip, carrots with honey and ginger- 350 snack before workout: another luna- 170 dinner: leftover spaghetti small plate- 250? dessert: small bowl HN cheerios- 150 a little more scone: 100 1460! wow. Exercise: weights and ball work (heavy) and vigorous treadmill for 45 min. 400 cals? liquid: probably just under the rest: bloated after lunch, exercise helped a little, 2 cups tea helped a little and then it was still bloated but not painful. It was last April when I had such a bad flareup and found this site. mood: ok, my friend said I looked thin tonight
