Hi ya'll! So I found myself a workout buddy! My good friend (the one I went to England with) wants to start exercising a little more and lose some weight, so we are gonna go together! Well, she is gonna come to me. Since I have an elliptical, she is gonna come to my house and we are gonna make a program of alternative elliptical, with weights and stuff 'cause I have some small weights we can use. Any suggestions would be great too! You should get an exercise ball. They come with a video with exercises to do on it. Just doing situps on it is really hard. Yay! Then I have agreed to go to the gym with my mom on Sundays (where she has 4 free personal training sessions that she is gonna give to me 'cause she has her own trainer already!) and yoga on Friday nights. So that is three times a week! I don't think it'll work out every time, every week but I think it is a start. The yoga is really expensive, so I am hoping my mom will help with out since she wants me to do it with her.
I weighed myself and have somehow lost 3 lbs, dunno how that happened! Maybe from the D attack I had yesterday, that might make sense. Way to go! I'll try and report in more often, gotta run off to dinner and to a movie! Cheers all!! *hugs* --Steph
