Activities: Went to gym- 10 mins fast rowing, 20 mins tough program on bike, did 8km (5 miles); treadmill walked at 5.5 km/ for 15 mins; walked a lot of the way home too, did some gardening and housework. Total burned: 391 OUTSTANDING!!
Total Calories consumed= 2209 BMR + Activities - Food = Consumed 2308+391-2209 =490 (target is 500)
So 10 over budget despite all that exercise. Shouldn't have had the mars egg, or should have had fruit instead of the luna and I would have been OK. glad you have thought about what you COULD have done...makes it easier the next time....
Feeling slightly demotivated, was very excited earlier having gone to the gym. no, you really did good today!
Tamara- found out that my viscount mint biccies had 88 cals not the 56 I was counting I read the wrong pack OOPS
