I want to know, based on the information, the way my stomach gets smaller as my muscles get larger after working out, and how my stomach gets bigger as my stomach gets smaller, the stomach coinciding with the muscles, is Irritable Bowel Syndrome causing my distorted, skinny fat, lack of muscle apperance and preventing me from lookling the regular 4 to 5 day a week in the gym guy I am? Please answer, this has been driving me into tears, thanks.
