Welcome to the boards. I think if you post on the Eating for IBS board, you should get some more answers. Are you taking a fibre supplement? It is the most important thing you can do for IBS - even for diarrhea. Seriously. Try acacia, benefiber, equalactin, citrucel to name a few. Make sure it doesn't contain psyllium which will make things worse. Drink lots of strong, hot peppermint tea every day. Seriously, this stuff will stop me in the middle of an attack it's that good. Read through everything on this website. Try Heather's diet. It is THE diet to get yourself feeling better. It's balanced, low fat, and will help you stabilize.
