something gave me cramps, and diarrhea this morning...I reckon the cake was too high in fat? Or I ate too much? both would do it... I am crap at portion control- this is what I really need to make an effort with- any tips? start counting calories...that did the trick for me!! You don't realize what REAL potions are until you start counting... I also didn't drink as much water as usual yesterday. Whatever, today I'm not feeling 100% well.
exercise: *cycled from 11-4, with lunch break. This was probably only 20 miles or so, but off-road and in..adverse weather conditions, with lots of mud and snow. OUTSTANDING!! *cool-down stretches for 10 min.
