Hi all! So with my exams and stuff I have been pretty bad at Reporting In, but I have been trying to count calories on my own.. but it is not going well! I have eaten lotsa bad stuff that I shouldn't have, so I have to make some new goals! My last goals were too silly, and if I didn't do crazy exercise my fodo budget was waaay too low to be reasonable. My new goal is to lose 5 lbs by March 18th, so one month from today. I also need to concentrate on drinking more water, as I used to have no problem drinking up to 2.5 L a day, but I just haven't been lately. I wanted to get one of those big water bottles to carry around with me to make it easier to drink water at school. Adrian also got me an exercise DVD for Valentine's Day (romantic, I know. hee hee) that is called 10 minute solution, and it has 10 minutes on each muscle group so you can either just do one a day, or mix and match what muscle groups you want to work so I am going to try and do that most days. So I weighed myself today and will be Weighing In on Fridays now 'cause it seems to make more sense. If I can lose 5 lbs a month for the next 3 months, I can lose 15 lbs by May when I go to Mexico.. does that sound reasonable? Thanks guys, I'll report in for today later! --Steph
