Took Acacia fiber 4 times on Sunday -- 2.5 tsp each time, before meals and at bedtime. Ate oatmeal,toast, banana for breakfast and am snack. Turkey sandwich no mayo and applesauce for lunch. Banana for snack. Large portion roasted turkey, big baked potato, peas and applesauce for dinner. Sorbet for evening snack. Aquacized 3o mins plus 10 mins in hot tub. Still had lots of gas during day and painful spasms at 5 am this morning. Weight yesterday 121; weight today 120. This food and exercise pattern has worked for several months but I now seem to be losing weight and having spasms at night. Getting down with IBS. I've had it ten months and it is really changing my life.
