If you 'guys' don't mind I am going to post my foods in here for a while. I'm getting a hang of eating on Heather's diet but I am starting to lose weight (and while a little is nice I want to make sure I am keeping it under control.) Since I only started on the diet maybe a month ago I am still pretty wary about adding IF but I know I should be eating more.
For today:
1 c. egg white omelette w/ slice soy cheese and some LF soy Bac'uns 1 piece sourdough toast with apple butter (no dairy)
Total calories is about 1250. I don't know about this. It seems like a lot of food when you look at it, but not enough calories. Looks like there is definetly room for more eating though. I ran out of Angle Food Cake, getting more of that will help boost my calories.
Most everything I ate sat with me okay. The apple juice was kind of a bad idea on an empty stomach, a little bit of a tummy ache ensued. The soy pizza made me kind of gassy but I am willing to bet that was probably because of the asparagus. I didn't cook it at all before I put it in the oven on the pizza. BUT I really didn't mind because I NEEDED some pizza. I had the biggest craving for it. First time I had pizza since the diagnosis.
