Finally seeing a GI specialist this Tuesday...       08/21/04 07:29 AM Edit Reply Quote Sara-Sage Reged: 02/04/04 Posts: 5508 I just want to know from those of you who have gone to a specialist what exactly happens on the first visit? Will it just be a talk about my symptoms? I guess he can't actually check anything out right there and then? Also, can he prescribe something to me since my current medication isn't working?
