Do follow the advice that everyone has given about acacia and go slow. IT can take people months to get to the full 3 TBLS. And some people don't even take that much every. They feel fine at a lower dose. Don't be afraid to try the acacia. EVERYONE is different. It may just be the perfect SFS for you.
