My e-mail address is on my profile if you click on my name. I've had IBS for 46 years (I'm a severe case) and so I have 46 years of experience in dealing with it! Perhaps there is something you're doing that is continuing to aggravate your IBS, or perhaps there is something you aren't doing. It has taken me 46 years to figure out all the tricks of how to "control" my IBS (rather than my IBS controlling me!), and I'm still learning! I rarely get pain anymore (just occasional mild pain) although I still get D sometimes. I'm able to lead a very normal life, I'm very healthy, I never miss any work due to IBS and I travel a lot!
