The thing is I do eat very well. I've been a vegetarian for 13 years and have cut out all dairy in the last couple of months. I don't have alcohol, caffeine or anything terrible. Yet my IBS is worse than ever. I take the acacia twice a day and try to avoid my triggers. I meditate and do yoga once a week, or more. I feel like I've made a huge commitement to getting better and it hasn't helped AT ALL. I am on Modulon and it hasn't helped. I tried Dicetel and it didn't work either. Something has got to give???
