I wish there was something I can do for you, but you have come to the right place. I know what you are going through. When I go first diagnosed with IBS it was horrible. I had C first and now its D. It does get better just go by the diet and order the IBS cookbook that Heather offers it helps. You will still have attacks but they do get better and you do finally figure out what you need to do to avoid it. You can make I have faith in you, I will pray for you.
