It seems to have gotten buried accidently! Welcome to the site! I'm SO glad you found us. This is the ONLY approach that really works. I can't tell you how long it will take, but many people say that start feeling a little better almost immediately. It takes way more than just the fiber though. It takes changing your diet, drinking enough water, getting enough exercise and possibly prescription meds. Start by reading some of the Beginners info at the top of the list of messages.
