Thanks Danie, Ya see, the big problem for me is FEAR of FIBER,LOL... I would be scared to try spinach, but I want to and know that I need to so badly. But I'm just so afraid of messing my tummy up even more than it already is. I've not had a bite of greens or spinach in years actually. What do you think about the prune juice? Maybe warmed and mixed with water, maybe like 50/50? I just am stuck on this for some odd reason. Or maybe I could fix the muffins, like Mags suggested, and add the prune juice to them? I have no idea, but I know there's an answer for me somewhere, I just have to brave up to the challenge! Thanks for the tip on the spinach, maybe I'll do that too.
