I used to be on progesterone, and of course estrogen -- even testosterone! Creams, pills, shots, and patches -- I had it all. But I never had that side effect from any of them. However, I DID develop extreme gas and urgent D when I increased my Acacia. How much SFS are you on? Have you been increasing your dosage? For me, that would be suspect. Try cutting back just a little. You might be at your personal maximum dosage; everyone's tolerance level is different.
