A woman after my own heart!!! That has been the one thing that has been so hard for me to give up. I lived for those things! We would have pizza and blizzards every Friday night and then I'd have an extra one made, so I could also have one on Sat. night as well. So i KNOW how you feel! My IBS got pretty bad about a year ago and this past year has been alot of trial and error of things to try and become stable again, which I have not yet. However, I know you won't believe this, but I really believe you come to a point in this disease that No #1 you realize that it's not worth eating the foods that make you sick and No #2 the longer you're away from them, the less you crave them. Sure, I'd love to have a Choc Extreme Blizzard right now, but I can actually say I don't crave them anymore. You can't dwell on what you can't have, and you must come to the point where you are ready to accept a change in your diet because it's what your body needs. It doesn't happen over night, but it does happen. Good luck. I KNOW what you're going thru Janene
