HORRIBLE morning please help       05/22/03 09:54 AM Edit Reply Quote wac Reged: 03/24/03 Posts: 61 Loc: Casselberry, FL I don't know what happened this morning. I had a terrible attack. I'm wondering if this could be the cause. I've been constipated for three days! I'm usually regular and go every day (since taking the fiber). I imagine I could have been "backed up" and that's what caused it. The same exact thing happened last Thursday! Same C and everything. I know it wasn't anything that I ate because I've been extremely careful and have been eating the same thing pretty much every day. I've been taking Equalactin as my fiber supplement (it has the same ingredients as Fibercon but it's chewable - I have a hard time swallowing pills). I take 2 with breakfast and two with dinner. I assume I need to up my dosage because Heather said I can take up to 8. If I increase my fiber do ya'll think the C will regulate itself. I can not be late for work every Thursday!
