Re: New and frustrated       08/09/04 04:31 AM Edit Reply Quote khyricat Reged: 08/05/04 Posts: 3612 Loc: Michigan welcome- I'm reasonably new too... but last night DH wanted ice cream- we went to a place that also has slushies (I was hoping for one with sorbet, but those are all downtown and we were going the opposite direction for the evening for other reasons) and I ordered a small slushie, and was ok with that.. blue raspberry flavor, but I'm pretty sure it was flavored sugar water.. may have even had the hfcs- but I didn't ask... I am only 3 days into the diet (see my other post about bloating) but I don't think the bloating was any worse with the slushy then it was without it and I didn't feel completely left out.
