They are all natural, no preservatives, and even have a couple vegan choices. They are very tasty and by looking at the ingredients I believe they are IBS Safe! (Although I am new to the IBS diet, so it might be wise to have someone a little better at it analyze them!) There are places scattered around that sell them, but you can also order them from their website which is www.bbcookies.com This website also gives you nutritional information.
