You have found a great place to vent your frustrations. I sympathize with you.

It is hard not to be able to eat what others are eating but I think you have to make a choice. Do I eat that tempting stuff and get sick or not eat it a feel good?? I am at the point that I have learned to walk away from that stuff in favor of feeling good. I look at each day that my stomach feels good as a great day.

I am lucky that I can eat a small amount of dairy if I take a lactaid pill first. I probably could eat 1/2 cup of the blizzard and probably be OK depending on what other stuff is mixed in with it. I love snickers bars but I get the little bite size kind and eat only one. So far I have been OK doing that.

You will just have to be a detective and see what you can eat and what you can't. Then you will be able to know what kind of foods to avoid. Keeping a food diary is a good idea and reading all labels to make sure there are no triggers such as sorbitol or HFCS in things.

Good luck
Barbie
