I made a smoothy yesterday with strawberries, bananas and blueberries, and ended up bloated. Peaches - I have cooked peaches with my oatmeal every morning and sometimes put the blueberries in it. mango - I think I can tolerate these. Bananas - still trying to decide if they make my C worse. (I do eat them when they're more ripe) I will continue to try the veggy thing. Thanks. No, I wasn't pureeing them, just cooking them really well. Does it really make that much of a difference??
