Every time I try I get really bloated. What am I doing wrong??? Mostly it's veggies that I try to eat after I've had potatoes, chicken and bread and believe me, I'm taking it easy on the amount. I seem to do fine with the small amount of blueberries in the morning with my oatmeal, just can't get any veggies in, and I'm a little concerned about my vitamin intake. As for vitamins go, I also can't seem to take any suppliments, even a childrens chewable. Hmmm, what do I do??? Not only that, but now I've been C for almost 2 weeks, and I'm afraid that without the insolubles, I won't get past this!! Help!!
