I really believe that unless you have IBS, you really can't empathize with what we all go thru in one form or another every day. We have to watch what we eat, when we eat, how much we eat, take supplements, take fiber, drink our tea and then we still get sick.  I feel so badly for you; this is definitely a disease that if it begins to get the best of us, it takes us down very quickly. Don't let it, Lene. Hang tough and know that you're not alone. Even if they don't understand you at work, what you have is VERY REAL
