If we could do things and not think of the consequences I would say have your boss in to the bathroom and don't use the spray! I just don't get how some people think IBS is no big deal. I watched the movie Along Came Polly the other day and they made so light of IBS in a way. Yet maybe if you sweated before D like that guy your boss would see enough physical evidence that you felt bad.
Try the tummy mint tea it should help and not cause gas.
My pet peeve too is how IBS is so painful but people can't see your pain and what you are going through. The good news is the diet should really help. My friends and family get annoyed by my eating so strictly but they don't realize how good I feel now compared to how bad I was before and just think I seem like I always do. It is frustrating.
