I'm so sorry your having a bad day. I really don't know how you guys work. I can't imagine working with IBS. What a stress.

I know how you feel about being sick all the time. I'm that way too. If its not the IBS its something else. Lately I've been really nauseated and I get horrible headaches. Thats where I am today. IBS and and the other are both flaring up today. I have so many things I could be doing right now...but NO I feel to yucky to do much of anything. My house work will have to wait. My kids want me to play with them but I feel to sick.

I hope that you feel better soon. Sorry you have to deal with IBS and work. That is so hard! Go have a good cry....it will do you some good!!! Then take a deep breath do something for yourself, ok!!!!
