I also wonder about pushing the days. I am prone to do that kind of thing. But one time I left some orange juice in a big juice container in my fridge for awhile then one night there was no other juice so I put it to my lips and tipped it back. Anyway as it started to hit my mouth I realized something was wrong but it was too late and really rotten juice went into my mouth. It was actually moldy. Then I COULD NOT get the taste out of my mouth! I never slugged juice after that. Yet I still push dates on stuff- especially on my unexpecting husband. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
