It caused bloating so bad that I stopped after 2 days. I'm currently using 1 Tablespoon of the Benefiber, and have been doing so for about a month. I'm trying right now to increase it a little. Are you drinking enough water?? Water consumption helps with C a lot, also excercise helps to get things moving.
