Hi, Janice:

Is the jogging at lunch something new? Could that be stressing your body out?

In any case, I'd suggest cutting way back on your diet for a few days. Go back to the basic rice, bananas, applesauce, etc. Eat small amounts often. That really helps me when I'm nauseated.
