Bakery bread is best

I always get my bread at the supermarket bakery. A deli would work too. I never buy bread at the health food store, first because it's so much more expensive, and second because our HFS typically only has "whole-grain" breads (whole wheat, seven grain, etc), which should be avoided... but if your HFS sells white bread, you could get it there too.
