It sounds like it helped a bit, though I'm sorry these doctors are so terrible! About the prep, if you're not eating much to begin with, and if you follow Jill Sklar's diet recommendations for the few days before, I'm sure you can get away with just one dose of the fleet stuff. I did two doses, and the second one had no purpose other than making me more miserable. I was already empty by then. Good luck!
