Peppermint pills- side effects?       07/29/04 09:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Sweetd Reged: 07/13/04 Posts: 782 Loc: NY I have been taking the peppermint pills for a month and now and I noticed this month I didn't feel any different, but I did notice yesterday (that time of the month) I had very bad bloating and very bad cramps! I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this happening or if it was something else. It has never been that bad. -------------------- Ibs-d and fructose sensitive.
